On a daily basis you or your team should be doing the following admin tasks:
- Checking Customer Service Messages
- Removing Negative Feedback
This in addition to your revenue producing activitites. The bulk of the activity in the business should be focused on sourcing, replenishing, and managing sell through of your inventory.
Remember customer servie messages need to be responded to in 24 hours or less.
If you are a brand owner or private label seller you might want to add checking for negative product reviews. You can try to get any reviews that are eligible removed or you can focus on trying to adjust your listing to avoid negative experiences or unfullfilled expectations.
