This Privacy Policy describes how Alliance Optimal LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use AI Operator Academy (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including lessons viewed, progress completed, and page visits, to improve content and personalize your experience.
Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.
Technical data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and referring URL are collected automatically.
We use the information we collect to: provide and improve the Service; process subscription payments and communicate account status; send lesson updates, product announcements, and emails you opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time); respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers who process data on our behalf (payment processing, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations; (b) law enforcement or regulators when required by law; or (c) a successor entity in connection with a business transfer, subject to the same privacy commitments.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or store personally identifiable information. Usage data is aggregated and used only to improve the Service.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a small preference cookie to remember your brand or theme selection. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features of the Service may not work correctly as a result.
Account data is retained while your account is active. After you close your account, we retain minimal records (email, subscription history) for up to 3 years for accounting and legal purposes, then delete them. You may request deletion sooner by contacting us.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@allianceoptimal.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard measures (TLS encryption in transit, hashed credentials at rest, access controls) to protect your data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you if a breach is discovered that affects your information.
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will email the address on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
