AI Operator Academy - v1.0 - Effective 2026-08-26
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Operator Academy (the "Service"), operated by Alliance Optimal LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or accessing any content, you agree to these Terms.
AI Operator Academy is an online learning platform that provides video lessons, written guides, templates, and supplementary materials focused on using AI tools to operate and automate business functions. Content is updated on a rolling basis. Access is provided on a subscription basis as described in Section 3.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@allianceoptimal.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Each account is for a single individual; sharing login credentials is not permitted (see Team plan for multi-seat access).
Paid subscriptions begin immediately upon checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, per the plan you selected) at the then-current rate for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges appear on the payment method on file.
You may cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except as set out in Section 4.
Founding Member pricing is locked for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. A lapse (voluntary cancellation or failed payment) forfeits the founding rate.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge (not applicable to renewals). To request a refund, contact support@allianceoptimal.com within that window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
You agree not to: (a) share, redistribute, or resell course content or credentials; (b) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; or (e) impersonate any person or entity. Violation may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
All course materials, videos, templates, written guides, and other content on the Service are owned by or licensed to Alliance Optimal LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for your own learning and internal business use during an active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any course content without our written permission.
Lessons reference third-party AI tools and software platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for changes to their features, pricing, or availability. Third-party tool pricing mentioned in lessons may differ from current rates. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in the course content constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Individual results depend on your specific circumstances, effort, and execution and will vary. We make no guarantee that following any lesson will produce a particular business outcome.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLIANCE OPTIMAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account.
