v2.2 - Effective 2026-09-20 - Last updated 2026-09-20
Every paid purchase you make yourself on Unstoppable Academy carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the charge. On the monthly plan that is your first month: ask inside 14 days of that first charge and you get the whole charge back. On a one-time purchase it is the whole purchase. Either way you do not have to give a reason, fill in a form, complete an exit survey, or talk anybody out of it.
After that first month, the monthly plan is not refunded a month at a time, and neither is any part of one. It does not need to be: cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is lost by cancelling on the last day of a month rather than the first. "Recurring plans" below sets that out in full.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Where the two say different things about refunds, this page controls.
Either of these, and nothing more is needed from you.
A request counts as made on the day you press the button or the day your email is sent, not the day we get round to it. If you email us on the last day of the window, you are inside the window.
The money goes back to the card or payment method you paid with. Stripe releases it immediately on our side; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days, which is their timing, not ours.
The window is 14 days, counted from the moment the charge was made. Not from when you first signed in, not from when you watched something, not from the start of a month. Your account page shows the exact deadline next to each purchase.
Using the material does not void the guarantee. You can watch every session, download every template, and take the whole skills pack, and still ask for your money back inside the window. When the refund goes through, access to what you bought ends.
We will not argue about a refund inside the window. Outside it, the button is gone and we are not obliged to refund, but you can still write to us and we will look at it, particularly if something was broken, was billed twice, or was not what the page said it was.
If a purchase was made with a referral discount, the refund is of the amount you actually paid. A referral credit earned by the person who referred you is reversed when the purchase that earned it is refunded, and a credit already applied to a later purchase of theirs is not clawed back from them after the fact.
Free accounts and anything given away have nothing to refund.
A gift is bought by one person and opened by another, so it is not a one-click refund. Email support@allianceoptimal.com inside the 14 days and we will handle it.
A Team plan is one plan, held by one buyer, and it is treated as one. There is no per-seat refund, no partial refund for seats you never invited anybody to, and no proration when a seat goes unused.
Refunding the first charge on a Team plan inside the 14 days ends access for the buyer and for every seat on it, including seats already in use. Cancelling later ends it for everybody at the end of the paid period instead. Either way, tell your people before you press it.
Removing a seat holder, or swapping one person for another, does not create a refund. It frees the seat.
A Lifetime All-Access purchase and a single course are one-time payments, and this section does not apply to them. It applies to the monthly All-Access plan at $29 a month, to the monthly Team plan, and to any other recurring plan we sell.
Everything published in the 12 months after you buy is already included in what you paid. The New Courses Pass is the optional extra that keeps newly published courses arriving after that, at $99 a year.
Please ask us before you ask your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback and costs nobody anything. If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access while the card network decides, and we will send the network this policy and the record of your purchase.
We may decline to sell to an account that has charged back a purchase it kept using.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. That right can end early once you ask for access to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose it when delivery starts, which is how a course platform works.
Whatever happens to that statutory right, our own 14-day guarantee still applies to you as a matter of policy, and nothing on this page takes away a consumer right you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
We may revise this policy. The version and the Last updated date at the top change when we do, and the changelog at the bottom records what changed. A revision never shortens the guarantee on a purchase already made: the policy in force on the day you were charged is the one that applies to that purchase.
Refunds and anything else about this page: support@allianceoptimal.com. General and legal notices: hello@unstoppable.academy.
The governing law for this policy is the same as for the Terms of Service, where it is set out along with the note that it is still being confirmed.
v2.2, 2026-09-20. Rewritten for the monthly All-Access plan. The 14-day guarantee now covers the first charge on a monthly plan as well as a one-time purchase, and the recurring-plan section stops being terms written in advance: it states that after the first month there is no partial or prorated refund of a period already started, because cancelling already leaves you the period you paid for, and that a failing renewal gets a short grace period rather than an immediate cut-off. Adds a gifted month, which is a single payment that does not renew. Team is covered as a monthly plan. Section numbering is now derived rather than hand-written.
v2.1, 2026-09-20. Version number moved in step with the Privacy Policy, which now describes the Meta and TikTok pixels’ cross-context advertising disclosure and Global Privacy Control support. No change to the policy below.
v2.0, 2026-09-15. First published as its own page. Rewritten for one-time pricing: states what counts as a request and that the member presses the button themselves, what the window runs from, and how gifts, team seats, single courses, lifetime and founding purchases, referral credits, and the New Courses Pass are handled. Adds chargeback and EU and UK consumer sections, and recurring-plan terms marked as applying when a recurring plan is offered.
v1.1, 2026-09-07. Refund terms lived inside the Terms of Service and described a subscription product with an email-only request path.
