What you will be able to do when you finish

10 minSaves $10/mo

Here is the one-line promise: you will run your business or nonprofit with an AI agent doing the repetitive work, and you will have cancelled the tools that used to do it badly.

This is not a syllabus. It is a tour of your life on the other side, the "here is your life after" video. Watch it once, then pick your first three outcomes in the template.

What you will use

  • This page and the outcomes video (10 minutes)
  • Nothing to install yet
  • Your list, from the template, of which three outcomes are yours first, and by when

Six things you will have built

  • A live website. Launch your website in under an hour kills the web designer retainer or site-builder subscription, an estimated $29 a month.
  • A support inbox that answers itself. Automate your support inbox kills the helpdesk tier, an estimated $25 a month, by drafting or sending replies before you open the inbox.
  • Apps you used to buy. Build the apps you used to buy (Mac, Windows, web) kills one-off app subscriptions, an estimated $60 a month, because your agent builds the small tool instead of you buying it.
  • An agent you talk to, that pings you when it is done. Talk to your agent: voice in, spoken pings out kills babysitting the terminal, an estimated $20 a month, by letting you speak a job, walk away, and hear it announce itself.
  • A five-touch follow-up system that closes quiet leads. Follow-up sequences that close kills the CRM sequence add-on, an estimated $45 a month, and gets you back to leads that went cold.
  • For nonprofits, a full grant pipeline. Grant research with AI through Grant reporting and stewardship with AI, with the letter of inquiry, the full proposal, and the budget narrative in between, kills grant researcher hours (an estimated $200 a month) and the report deadline scramble (an estimated $100 a month).

The math, honestly

Every session in this catalog is built to replace one tool or one outside bill. That is the "kills" line you will see on each lesson page. Add up our own estimates across every session in the catalog and the total comes to more than $3,500 a month. The free sessions alone, this one included, add up to roughly $300 a month before you have paid the academy anything. Most members only need two or three sessions to cover what the membership costs them; everything past that is savings.

Treat those numbers as estimates, not invoices. What you actually save depends on what you were already paying for.

The skills that transfer

The tool matters less than the habit. Four things you practice in nearly every session are worth more than any single lesson:

  • Describing work clearly enough that an agent, or a new hire, could do it without you standing over their shoulder
  • Verifying before you run: reading a command before you paste it, checking the domain, asking a second AI when something looks off
  • Iterating like a client: looking at a first draft, saying plainly what is wrong with it, and asking for a second pass instead of settling for the first output
  • Keeping data safe: knowing what you can hand an agent and what stays out of the prompt

Those four skills are what make you dangerous in a good way, on this tool, and on whatever tool replaces it.

What you will not be

A developer. You will not learn to write code from scratch, and you do not need to. You will be an operator who directs one: an agent that writes the code and does the repetitive work, while you decide what it builds, check what it produces, and ship it.

Suggested first 30 days

Start Here, then the install session for whichever tool matches a subscription you already pay for, then Talk to your agent, then Launch your website in under an hour, then Automate your support inbox, then Build the apps you used to buy, then Follow-up sequences that close (nonprofits, swap in Grant research with AI), then Do not get prompt injected before you hand your agent anything sensitive.

You are done when...

You have picked your first three outcomes from the six above and written the date you expect to have them by. Both go in the template below.

Template included: Members get a one-page outcomes checklist covering all twelve courses, one line each for what you will have built and which session delivers it, plus a 30-day path with a date column to fill in. Find it in your member dashboard under Templates.
